Housing Developments

Ringwood Close

The detailed plans that were received in December 2014 can be seen on the South Norfolk Planning website - search for reference 2014/2431.   As a consequence of this development the 30mph speed limit on Mill Road will be reduced to 20mph on the section west of Gibbs Close.   The limit on the rest of Mill Rd will probably be reduced when the other two developments off Mill Rd proceed.

HASTOE HOUSING ASSOCIATION

built some rented homes in the village with the aim of providing affordable homes for people with a connection to the village or local area. Specific criteria is in place for letting these homes which gives priority to households with a local connection. INFORMATION FROM NCC REGARDING VOLUNTARY GRITTING AND CLEARING OF FOOTWAYS

While volunteers can help to grit and clear footways, volunteers should not undertake work on the roads. Grit from the grit bins can only be used on public paths and roads, please use sparingly as the bins will only be topped up once. Guidance on snow/ice clearing can be found on the NCC website
